With over 14 years as Head Trainer and Group Fitness Director at The Gym AZ, Terry brings unmatched expertise to the team. She began her career in personal training and group fitness right after college, where she was a cheerleader, and track athlete. She is a trainer of trainers with the National Council of Certified Trainers, and was named Arizona’s Most Fit Trainer. She’s a multiple award-winner in physique and figure competitions, and led her team, The Fitness Fanatics, to victory in the Superstars fitness competition for eight consecutive years.

Richie’s passion for fitness began over 20 years ago with weight training, and conditioning, sparking a journey that soon led him into competitive martial arts. Over the years, he’s traveled across the U.S to compete in numerous jiu jitsu tournaments, and today, he holds a Brazilian jiu jitsu brown belt. Through his dedication to kickboxing and jiu jitsu, Richie discovered his true calling: helping others become the best version of themselves.

Jenny Wolfe | Personal Trainer

With 13 years of personal training experience, Jenny is also a highly accomplished bodybuilder and figure champion. She has earned titles as a multi-time Ms. Arkansas Figure Champion, Ms. Arizona Figure Champion, and most recently, IFBB Pro Figure, winning the 50+ Masters and 50+ Overall titles. As both a personal trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist, Jenny is deeply passionate about inspiring and guiding others to unlock their full potential. She finds motivation in witnessing the incredible resilience and strength people achieve when they commit to their goals.
